Wood Fired Roasted Peppers

Wood Fired Roasted Peppers
Elevate your culinary creations with the smoky sweetness of Wood Fired Roasted Peppers. Expertly charred over open flames, these vibrant peppers add depth and flavour to salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. Whether enjoyed as a side or a main ingredient, their rich, caramelized taste is sure to impress.
  1. Heat your wood fired oven to 300C.
  2. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper and allow to roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Using tongs, turn the peppers over and roast for another 10 minutes.
  4. Check to make sure peppers have fully roasted. The skin should be charred and soft, and the peppers should look slightly collapsed. If they don’t look ready, let them roast for a few more minutes.
  5. Stuff the peppers with a filling of your choice and serve.

Tip: Add a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar before roasting.
