Wood fired Honey Roasted Carrots

This dish is perfect for autumn and creates a delicious side that works well for roast dinners, stews, and casseroles.


  • 400g carrots
  • 25g honey
  • 50g butter
  • Handful chopped Parsley


  1. Prepare your wood fired oven to 200°C.
  2. Trim your carrots, add them into your cast iron pan with honey, butter and 75ml water.
  3. Bake in your oven for 35 mins or until tender and sticky.
  4. Finish with chopped parsley

TIP: These can also be made using your cast iron pan in your kitchen oven!
