Roasted Chilli Radishes

Radishes can often be a bit like marmite, this recipe helps add a flavour explosion with a nice chilli kick!

  1. Heat your wood fired oven to 200C or higher.
  2. Remove any leaves and slice your desired quantity of radishes in half.
  3. Add your radishes to a bowl and mix with olive oil, chilli flakes and ½ lemon juice.
  4. Add 50g of butter to your Alfresco Chef Cast Iron Pan and add your radishes along with any spare lemon wedges.
  5. Roast in your wood fired oven for 20-30 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and season to taste.

TIP: Allow to cool, chop thinly and add to a summer salad.
