Roasted Asparagus


Check out these smoky asparagus stalks, perfect for a starter or side dish!


  1. Heat your wood fired oven to 200C.
  2. Snap any woody tips off the asparagus.
  3. Add to your Cast Iron Pan, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 12 mins until they are tender.

TIP: Add chilli flakes and lemon juice for extra flavour.
