Perfect Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

Who doesn’t love Pepperoni Pizza? This topping is a classic in the UK and an instant hit for any gathering! Our wood fired ovens help give it that extra special smoky flavour!

1. Prepare your base. We used pre-prepared dough from the brilliant Northern Dough for this recipe!
2. Next, add your tomato base, if you have time, you can create your own using our recipe.
3. Layer on your Pepperoni whilst adding Mozzarella Pearls in any gaps.
4. Bake in your wood fired oven for the ultimate smoky flavour.
5. Add watercress, slice and serve.

Tip: Don’t add any extra’s. This classic pizza topping is best kept simple.
